Franconia Wrestling has two teams:
   Franconia Wrestling:
 For beginners- Age 5 and above
Wrestles in local Federation league
   Practices on Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30-7:30 PM
A focus on beginning technique and FUN!
Paid Coaches and high school wrestlers
Practice begins November 12th

                                                 
                                                Virginia Ramblers:                                                                                   
                  Travel team for wrestlers with at least two years of experience.                           
                  Wrestles in the Mason-Dixon League and other tournaments                         
Practices on Monday and Wednesdays from 6:30- 7:45 PM- ish
​Competitive Practices.    Practice Begins November 13th
       Paid Coaches- lots of technique with live- mirrors a high school practice 
Strict limit of 20-25 wrestlers
